Since 2017 cesi btp plans to expand its activities in the industrial services of construction, mainly on trades such as the management of concrete power plants, the assembly and installation of steels (welders and scrap metal), the assembly and maintenance of modular life bases (electricity and plumbing.)CESI BTP intervenes on major construction sites subcontracting major contractors for the Grand Paris Express, SNCF with Eole the major real estate projects
CESI BTP is AFCAB certified for the installation of concrete frames and quality management under the number P19/049 REV.6.
Assemblage des aciers en usine
In the factory, the assembly of steels for construction sites is carried out according to precise descriptive plans by welding usually with arcing under gas streams. CESI BTP staff are trained in handling steels, reading plans and assembling structural differences used to make welded frames. The frames, which are made from steel for reinforced concrete, come in the form of welded steel assemblies, frames, stirrups, pins or welded lattice.

On site, the assembly is carried out either in a workshop installed near the work or directly in formwork. In general, these two solutions co-exist. It is possible to weld on site, but most often the assembly is done by ligatures with wires of reduced steel.
CESI BTP has scrap metal skills to assemble steel structures on construction sites in accordance with plans.

As such, we exercise the supervisory and regulatory skills of an automated production facility of ready-to-use concrete, coated, aggregates or cement, according to safety rules, environment and production requirements (quality, time, quantity, …).
We intervene directly on production equipment and control instruments (preventive detection, first-level maintenance, etc.).
We organize the storage of raw materials, receive them, plan deliveries and process orders.
We coordinate the deliveries of concrete on site with instructions given to the drivers of the mixing trucks.
We monitor the quality of the manufactures by performing test tubes and we are able to manage the laboratory testing of the concrete
products In a similar way we are able to control asphalt plants.
